I am unfortunately transferring my domain to another Service Provider as part of a bartering deal. I have always had outstanding service from WOW and would like to thank you for this. Even though my account was so tiny you treated me like a Queen and I shall never forget it. Be assured that I hold your company in the highest regard and should the need/ opportunity arise again in the future I would be delighted to do business with you again.

A letter from Noah

Dear Darrel

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, sincerely, for the ongoing support and level of service that you and the Win on the Web team give to Noah.

As an NGO, we not only need to be aware of our costs, but also ensure that we operate as efficiently and professionally as possible. As with most organisations, we simply could not do what we need to, as we need to, without cost effective and responsive IT support.

I have known you for a number of years now and have never failed to be reassured that you are able and willing to always go the extra mile and to take whatever time and effort is needed to make sure that things are running smoothly for us.

Unlike some other service providers, I have also never had the impression that we are not "just another client" one who will be attended to if and when you have the time and resources. You have always made us feel a priority and treated us as such and has helped in no small way in ensuring that our resources are able to be used to the fullest, in Gauteng and KZN.

I'm not sure if that is something that you do specially for us, or if that is part of Win on the Web standard level of service. I would not be surprised if in fact you make all your clients feel that way and it would certainly explain your continued success.

Either way. however, my thanks are gratefully given, not only to you but also to Russell and the rest of the Win on the Web team for all that you have been part of helping us achieve.

May we both continue to go from strength to strength.
