| What is the purpose of the module? |
This module will allow you to list often asked questions and answers that makes it easy for website visitors to find the answers to those questions |
| What are the key benefits of the module? |
- Your clients will be able to get most of their commonly asked questions answered 24/7
- This will save your company’s support team from having to deal with certain questions all customers ask.

| What type of pages would normally have the module? |
- Functionality or Content page: This module could have a page of its own dealing with all FAQs for you company, or if the range of FAQs is very diverse use the FAQ module in the LeftPane or RightPane alongside the content about which questions are asked, e.g. products or services.

| Where on a page would a client expect to find this module? |
- When the FAQ module is loaded to a FAQ page (Functionality Page) it would be in the Content pane.
- If the FAQ module is used on a content page such as Products or services, then the module should be put in the Left pane or the Right pane

| What key settings does the module have? |
- You can set the module to display the most popular questions first.
- You can set the Permissions so that only clients that login can see and therefore benefit from the FAQs as opposed to a non-client.
