This Module allows the website owner to create multiple forms with fields of their choice. |
| What are the key benefits of the module? |
- You want to make use of this module when you want to structure the information that you want to receive from the person who completes it.
- Customizability of the form allows you to create a wide range of forms such as 'Request a Quote', 'Request a Meeting', Order Form, Event Registration Form, Surveys, etc.

| What type of pages would normally have the module? |
Request a Quote, Feedback, Comments, Information Request, Product Pages (Order Form), Online Survey, etc.

| Where on a page would a client expect to find this module? |
This depends on the size of the form. If you only have a few questions, you might consider adding it into the left of right hand side pane of the page. If it is the main purpose of a page, e.g. on a page, you should put it in the middle (Content Pane) of the site. |
| What key settings does the module have? |
This module is extremely versatile. It has various settings including:
- Built in functionality allows you to create dynamic forms with variable complexity, e.g. if a person answers yes on a particular question, that person are given a different set of questions than the person who answered no
- Various after Form Completion Events (Actions) including: Email a response to the person who completed the form and to the website owner, Redirect to a Thank You Page, etc.
- New fields can be added anytime, then as soon as your existing users or members log into the system they will be asked to update their information

The dynamic form is an exceptionally versatile module that will allow you to structure the information that you will receive from website visitors. This can be translated into a number of simple forms such as Request a Quote, Surveys, etc. or into much more complicated integrations where the form data is plugged into your backend systems.
